Hurricane. Earthquake. Fire. Flood. Natural or otherwise, any disaster or accident could cut you off from your data and prevent you from doing busines. Applied Systems offers Disaster Recovery Service (DRS) whether your brokerage management system is online or hosted in your office.

If your system is:

AppliedOnline®. Built-in Disaster Recovery Service is one reason increasing numbers of brokerages are choosing EpicOnline® or TAMOnline®. In addition to eliminating concerns about hardware replacement and software updates, the online systems allow you to do business at anytime from anywhere with an Internet connection. Even if your brokerage is incapacitated, you can still access your data and service your customers during a disaster, when they need you most.

TAM hosted on your own server. If you need DRS, you pay no online access fee for the first 60 days you use the service. Applied Systems DRS provides your business with temporary Web-based access to selected software from Applied Systems and third parties in the event a disaster interrupts your business by impairing your local area network. Within 48 hours of receiving back-up data, Applied Systems provides access to the software you need to service your customers until your local area network is restored.
